3. Quotation and Pricing

All quotations provided by G3 Contracts are:

• Valid for a period of 30 days from the date of quotation
• Subject to site inspection and final verification
• Exclusive of any government taxes and duties unless specified
• Based on the specifications provided at the time of assessment

Final pricing may vary based on actual site conditions, material availability, and scope changes requested by the client.

4. Payment Terms

Our standard payment terms are:

• 50% advance payment to commence work
• 30% payment upon completion of rough work
• 20% payment upon project completion and handover

Payment schedules may vary for different projects and will be discussed and agreed upon before work commencement.

5. Project Timeline

Project timelines are estimated based on:

• Scope of work defined at the time of quotation
• Material availability and delivery schedules
• Client approvals and decision-making
• Site accessibility and conditions

Delays caused by force majeure events, client-requested changes, or unforeseen site conditions may extend the project timeline.

6. Material Specifications

Materials used in our projects:

• Are sourced from verified manufacturers and suppliers
• Are as per the specifications mentioned in the quotation
• Brand replacements may be made with equivalent or better quality
• Client approval may be sought for major material selections

7. Warranty

We provide warranty on our work as follows:

• Structural work: As per standard construction practices
• Interior work: 1 year warranty on workmanship
• Hardware: As per manufacturer warranty

Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, natural wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, drawings, concepts, and materials created by G3 Contracts remain our intellectual property. Client usage for personal reference is permitted. Reproduction for commercial purposes requires written authorization.

9. Limitation of Liability

G3 Contracts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services shall be resolved through mutual discussion. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Gurgaon, Haryana.
